I have relocated!!!

     I am now in the warmth of San Diego, CA!! I have set off for the air of the ocean and the California fitness lifestyle! Bittersweet is how I describe leaving the desert of Arizona but I had an amazing ten years and time for change. A time for change and growth is sometimes needed in our lives to keep reaching to the next level, to set higher goals, to soar! Here is a quote that I read and love:

"It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power..." - Alan Cohen

It is amazingly true and I challenge each and everyone to use this in a time where faith may be lacking or spirits low. We are in a time to work on ourselves, to look deep inside and find out who we are and what we truly want out of life. I challenge you to take that first step to a healthier you, inside and out. I am here to help, I offer many services to those in San Diego and those out of the area. Remember that it isn’t the destination but the journey to that you find the most about yourself and what you are truly capable of. I will be apart of that journey beginning to end!! Together, as a team, we can accomplish what you never thought possible!!!
